Small towns and churches depend on their schools for income. In religious communities, the needs of the church and it’s members come first. By default, that includes at least part of the town and community. After the church, comes individuals with money not necessarily belonging to the one main controlling church. After that, comes the teachers’ and administrators’ needs. Dead last….educational needs of the students. Always, the church and it’s members are first above all others. The body of Christ no longer resides in these churches. Students not belonging to that church transfer to other schools. The school gets closed. The towns waste away. Christ left the building. The end.
